For international orders, we use a "2-Step Checkout" system to calculate the exact shipping cost based on the weight of your item.
■ How to Order (ご注文の流れ)
[Step 1] Place your order
Please add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Select "Int'l Shipping" (which shows as 0 JPY) and complete your purchase for the ITEMS ONLY.
[Step 2] Receive shipping quote
Within 2-3 business days, we will calculate the exact shipping fee to your country via major carriers (FedEx, DHL, EMS, etc. with tracking) and send you an email with a link to a "Shipping Fee Item" page.
[Step 3] Pay the shipping fee
Please click the link in the email and purchase the "Shipping Fee Item" to complete your payment.
[Step 4] We ship your order!
Once the shipping fee is paid, we will carefully pack and ship your beautiful ceramics.
*Important Note*
- Cancellations:
We do not accept customer-initiated cancellations after Step 1. However, if the shipping fee is not paid within 5 days of receiving the quote email, we will treat the order as abandoned and it will be automatically cancelled.
- Returns & Exchanges:
All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to customer convenience (e.g., wrong size, change of mind).
- Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo of the damaged item AND the packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- Customs & Duties:
Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
